*Prices are based on head & shoulders. Sizes may vary slightly to get the best proportions. 

*Your quote is valid for 2 months, after which prices may have changed. 

*Please ask for more information if you would like a larger portrait or more pets included in the painting. 

*The prices may change if the content is complicated by adornments or backgrounds. 

*In order to secure your booking I need a 20% deposit. I request this to be paid within 7 days of booking. You then have the option to pay in instalments. The final instalment is to be paid on completion & prior to posting. 

*The deposit is non-refundable if you should choose at any point not to go ahead. If for any unforeseen circumstances, I need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. 

*A high-resolution, digital photo, ideally taken outside is essential. ( see Taking the perfect photo ) 

*Postage is not included, but is around €40 for a single portrait to the USA, sending it with the Spanish post office. I am not responsible for any customs/import duties that may be incurred. 

*Your portrait will be covered in a protective glassine paper, foam board & strong cardboard packing.

*I will give you a rough idea of when I can start. Once I do start a portrait, it takes me about a week to complete.
